As CEO, I simply want to help others in their insurance journey.  Whether they are enjoying their forever home or looking to buy that dream car, I want to be a valuable resource to make sure they are insured appropriately.  I have found the best way to serve others is by education.  I enjoy walking through the insurance process with my clients to help them choose the perfect insurance plan.  When the need arises, the guaranteed safety net of protection will be available and accurately positioned to catch them in their time of need.  It has been a joy to walk alongside my clients for over 27 years in this industry.  When I am not at work, I enjoy spending my time with family and friends…especially on the golf course.

As Chief Operating Officer of Monument Star Insurance, Andrew Guernsey is responsible for overall operations of the agency. Andrew is a dedicated leader to his team. His primary goal is to develop insurance educators not sales consultants. His personal mission is to make sure his clients understand their coverages and to make sure they are covered appropriately as not all insurance carriers are created equal. When Andrew is not at the office he enjoys watching his daughter and son compete in athletics and spending time with his wife of 17 years.

Reed Davis

Reed Davis is a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent with Monument Star Insurance. He has been an insurance agent since 2018. He works mainly with Personal and Commercial insurance clients. Since he’s started in 2018, he has already helped train multiple new agents. Reed wants the Insurance process to be as smooth as possible for the client, whether they are refinancing or purchasing a new home. He wants to make sure that the specific policy is tailored exactly to the home/client. Many people don’t know what exactly is covered on their insurance policies, Reed’s main goal is to educate the client on coverages so they understand what is actually covered on their insurance policy. Reed graduated from the University of Arkansas and enjoys fishing/hunting, reading, and spending time with his Black Lab, Avery.
